Happiness is such a big word that we associate it with big events and achievements.
Because these moments don’t occur very often, we usually convince ourselves that happiness comes in large, spaced out doses, and that’s it.
But maybe we’re looking at it the wrong way.
Maybe happiness isn’t found just in extraordinary events, but also in multiple everyday moments that we often take for granted —
Like taking a walk in the nearby park
Or waking up to a new day
Or having food on the table
Or being able to sleep and dream
I remember hating 2020 so much that I don’t remember half of what happened. Felt like it left us in a blink. 😒
Kinda regret it now, nevertheless its a year I’ve lived through. 🤷🏻♀️
Looking back, what are the moments you think you took for granted? 🥲
